Dr. Borna Jalšenjak, an associate professor at the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) in Luxembourg and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) in Croatia. He teaches leadership, business ethics, and critical thinking courses at both institutions. Additionally, he is an invited faculty member at St. Ambrose University in the United States and Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. Dr. Jalšenjak’s research interests include business ethics, corporate social responsibility, leadership, motivation theories, and philosophy, mainly focusing on philosophical anthropology and ethics. Alongside teaching and research, he is also a certified coach. Dr. Jalšenjak holds a master’s degree in philosophy and religious studies from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Society of Jesus in Croatia and a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Zagreb. He has also completed professional development programs at IESE Business School in Spain and the ICF-certified coach training at Erickson Coaching International in Canada.

Dr. Borna Jalšenjak is an associate professor at Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and at Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) in Croatia. At LSB and ZSEM he teaches courses on leadership, business ethics and critical thinking. He also serves as an invited faculty member at St. Ambrose University in the United States and at Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies, University of Zagreb in Croatia. His research interests are in business ethics and CSR and the cross-section between leadership (especially theories of motivation) and philosophy (mostly philosophical anthropology and ethics). Besides teaching and research, he is dedicated to his coaching practice.

Dr. Jalšenjak has a master’s degree in philosophy and religious studies from Faculty of Philosophy of the Society of Jesus in Croatia and a doctorate in philosophy from University of Zagreb. He has taken professional development programs at IESE Business School in Spain and has finished the ICF-certified coach training at Erickson Coaching International in Canada.
